Menu for   2013

 Helpful hint* cook and freeze all meats before you go!

 

4th- 5th yr girls responsible for own food on trail

                       Brkfast-eat at home

7/1- Mon:        Lunch- girls bring sack lunch from home

(leaders           Dinner-  packed at home by girls for trail ( can of chilli or ravollie or soup) water

                                            and snacks , trail mix

         **    Monday –Smores for YCL and JR staff

 

                           7/2 Tues: Brkfast- bring from home (pop tarts) muffin , something you like
 
 
 

                                     All others coming to camp on Tuesday

                                ****Drinks-(lemonade and water)

                               ****veggie tray and fruit served at all meals and snack time

 

7/2-Tues:      Brkfast-eat at home

                       Lunch-chicken salad and lunch meat & pbj sand, chips  

                         Dinner-Hawaiian haystacks with rice, green salad,

                                     Fortune cookies

           **   FHE snack- bear claw cookies bagged up for fhe

 

                       

7/3-Wed:      Brkfast- pancakes and cold cereal and milk , and muffins

                        Lunch- Sloppy Joes, pasta salad,

          **  Cert day – homemade ice cream –(Stake  has all the stuff)

 

Dinner-Lasagna   bread sticks, corn

               Churros

 

7/4-Thurs:    Brkfast- French toast, oatmeal pkts

           **   Hike day- - fruit snacks and granola bar , water

                       Lunch- chili dogs and mac and cheese

Dinner-  chicken cordon bleau, potatoes, green beans, rolls,

               costco decorated 4th of July cake AND ice cream

 

7/5-Fri:          Brkfast- cold cereal, Eggs, w bacon bits, bagels

                        Lunch- taco salad and or Nachos

Dinner-meat ball subs, green salad and carrot sticks and celery sticks

           **  Friday Night - root beer floats with the bishops after testimony mtgs

 

7/6-Sat:         Brkfast-Muffins, apple, banana, and any leftover food……Cereal and milk
