17 qts whip cream

20 lbs sugar

16 oz vanilla

10- 8 lbs ice

15 c rock salt

2 ½ gal gal milk

8 ½  qts whip cream

10 lbs sugar

8 oz vanilla

40 lbs lbs ice

7 ½  c  rock salt( 3 bags)

60 people

1 1/4  gal milk

4 1/4  qts whip cream

5 lbs sugar

4 oz vanilla

20 lbs lbs ice

3 3/4 c  rock salt( 3 bags)

30  people

10 cups milk

2 1/8 qts whip cream

2 1/2 lbs sugar

2 oz vanilla

10 lbs lbs ice

3 1/2 c  rock salt( 3 bags)

 

Standard 4 qt freezer

5 c milk

1 qt whip cream

1 ¼ lbs sugar

5 lbs ice

2 c rock salt

 

Acording to Elaine Hardy

1 can = serves 4-6 people

2 c milk

2 c cream

½ c sugar

½-1 t vanilla

¾ c rock salt

Fill can only ½ full  / roll 20 min to freeze
